Using this site

This website is published by Blue Barn Heritage Timber Co. to describe our timber frames, pavilion kits, reclaimed materials and hardware. By using it you agree to these terms.

Planning information only

The span calculator, joinery tables, clearances, frost depths and other figures on this site are general planning information. They are not engineering, they are not a design for your site, and they do not replace your local building code, the instructions for any appliance, or the stamped drawings of a licensed engineer. Do not build from this website.

Quotes and orders

Prices, lead times and inventory shown on the site can change without notice. An order is only confirmed by a written quote from us, and the terms in that quote govern the sale.

Reclaimed materials

Reclaimed wood is old and varied. Color, nail holes, checks, wear and dimensions differ from piece to piece, and that variation is part of the material, not a defect.

Content

The text, drawings and photographs on this site belong to Blue Barn Heritage Timber Co.. You may share links to our pages and print pages for your own planning, but please do not republish our content without asking.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Blue Barn Heritage Timber Co. disclaims responsibility for damages connected with use of the information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pennsylvania consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Lancaster County.
